Villains[]

Plot Synopsis[]

Duke Nukem targets a nuclear power plant. Worse, the power plant is suffering from a nuclear meltdown, as its administrator, Dr. Borzon, ignored earlier signs of trouble. Duke Nukem captures Dr. Borzon in order to stop him from preventing the meltdown in order to feast on its festering radioactivity. The Planeteers are sent to stop Nukem and the meltdown. When it approaches critical mass, Captain Planet cautions that this may be worse than Chernobyl and Three Mile Island combined. Captain Planet decides to save the day by flying the entire plant to a place well equipped for nuclear explosions - the Sun! However, he also warns that he cannot keep saving the day like this. Dr. Borzon thanks the Planeteers for saving him and admitted he failed to warn others of the dangers of nuclear power due to his beliefs that it was clean and plentiful, and that issues like smog are indeed environmental problems. Gi recommends Dr. Borzon study geothermal energy in his quest to find a clean, abundant energy source.
